At MegaPrints, we are dedicated to providing high-quality personalised products tailored to your unique preferences. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Personalised Items
Please note that personalised items are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- No Returns or Exchanges: Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Reporting Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@megaprints.co.uk. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence if possible.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items, our standard return policy applies:

14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Damages and Issues

Exceptions
- Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
- Hazardous Materials: We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
European Union Consumers
While EU consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period, this does not apply to personalised or custom-made items. Therefore, cancellations or returns are not accepted for these products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
- How to Exchange: The fastest way to get a different item is to return the eligible item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Conditions: Exchanges are only applicable for non-personalised items that meet the return eligibility criteria.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
